Intro to Ashtanga Course
Welcome! We're so happy you found us! Come join a small group of other people new to Ashtanga for a two week, six class introduction course. You will learn the breathing techniques and beginning postures of the Ashtanga sequence. Our teachers will customize the physical practice to your experience and fitness level so you can safely and enjoyably learn this powerful form of moving meditation. Your teachings will be supplemented with literature for you to read and open practice times outside of the scheduled classes.

Length: 2 Weeks, 6 Classes
Days: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
Time: 6:45-7:45am, 9:15-10:15am or 5:30-6:30pm
students must choose consistent time to attend class during the intro
Class Size: Semi-private group with at most 5 people.
If you're joining us for an early morning class, you need a code to enter the studio door, please contact us to obtain the code.

Membership After Your Intro Month
Near the end of your intro course, you'll have the option to continue your practice at The Yoga Shala with a membership. If you register for a membership before the intro course is complete, you get $10 off every month.
If this yoga is not a good fit, after the first day of the course you can receive a refund. Please note: In the event of a refund, there is a 5% charge for credit card fees.
