Intro to Ashtanga Course
Come join a small group of other people new to Ashtanga for a two-week, six-class introduction course. You will learn the breathing techniques and beginning postures of the Ashtanga sequence. Our teachers will customize the physical practice to your experience and fitness level so you can safely and enjoyably learn this powerful form of moving meditation.

Days: Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday
Times: 6:45am-7:45am OR 9:15am-10:15am

Class Size: Semi-private group with at most 3 people.
Near the end of your Intro Course, you'll have the option to continue your practice at The Yoga Shala with a membership. If you register for a membership before the intro course is complete, you get $10 off every month.
